Yet most of us would never put those moments up on our social media. But the moment something good happens, a small win, a milestone, a piece of good news then the first instinct is often to share it on social media.And there’s nothing wrong with that. But it does create a strange imbalance. The world gets to see our celebrations, while our struggles remain hidden in silence.I am no exception.
